    New items from some brand catalogs may be marked up due to the prime cost.

Option for long term lease

When contract expires, there're 2 options we'll offer.
  • Buy leased furniture: you can buy your leased furniture at a discounted price.
  • Extend lease term at a discounted lease rate.

Package Plan

We offer Package Plans of Basic furniture + Home electric appliances + Kitchen utensil & Linens at a reasonable cost.

Transportation Fee

One Item 5,250 yen or up 10,500 yen or up at actual cost
Several items 10,500 yen or up 31,500 yen at actual cost
One Family Unit 31,500 yen or up 42,000 yen or up at actual cost
Transportation fee includes delivery, pick up, unpacking, assembling and installation.

Other Fees

Actual costs are charged for such occasions as follows:
  • Installation of air-conditioners or ceiling light fixtures
  • Assembling or delivery of the products from some of companies
  • Cleaning linens(cleaning fee)***
    *** After leased linens are returned, they're cleaned by professional.
  • Delivery of pianos or large TV
  • Additional items requested later.

Deposit

10-30% of the total amount of item's price is required as a deposit for a personal contract.
For corporate contract, deposit is not required except for some cases.
Deposit will be refunded when all lease items are returned and after all payments are made.
