School and a recent customer of Tokyo Lease Corporation. I would like to give
my highest praise to your representative, Miss Nagaoka. I was very uncertain about renting furniture and initially telephoned your company for advice. I was delighted to learn that Maya Nagaoka could speak perfect English. She immediately helped me by checking furniture stocks and organizing the delivery of a table I had seen on the Internet. After viewing this table in your showroom, she suggested taking me to your company's warehouse to see more furniture. Because of her kind manner, I agreed to go and view more furniture. Miss Nagaoka was always very courteous. She picked me up from my workplace and we drove to my apartment. She carefully measured the dimensions of my apartment to ensure any possible furniture would fit perfectly. At the warehouse viewing, she was very patient and made many helpful suggestions. At each moment, I felt she had my best interests at hand. She often phoned the head office for best prices and availability. On the delivery day, Miss Nagaoka accompanied the deliverymen and made sure everything was placed to my satisfaction before leaving. It can be very stressful moving to a new city, however, thanks to Miss Nagaoka, I felt confident and secure. I was extremely impressed with her language skills and her precise professionalism. I am so happy with the quality of furniture pieces in my apartment. Miss Nagaoka helped make my boring apartment into a real cozy 'home'.  Because
of Miss Nagaoka, I have recommended your company to my teacher colleagues at

the DVD problem. I assume you mean that you will replace on the 7th November when the sofa is being delivered and the old one removed? Delivery is that it wa very professional, well managed, clean, on-time, friendly and I was surprised that there were four people in total. That really helped keep the pace moving quickly so that you were able to finish in 2.5 hours. I also appreciated the thoughtful stickers on my rice cooker so that I could use it (without having to call you every time). I look forward to hearing from you about the sofa and end table. If only you were managing my sea-shipment - I am sure it would be completed much sooner and then I'd feel like I really moved in!
