Dear Customers,

As of July 24, 2011, analog television broadcasting will be terminated in Japan,
and will be converted to Terrestrial-Digital Media Broadcasting (T-DMB).

Existing customers who are leasing the following types of analog TVs will be
required to use a digital tuner after July 24, 2011:

1) CRT (Cathode ray tube) TVs
2) Overseas TVs
3) All other TVs incompatible with T-DMB.

Digital tuners, compatible with T-DMB and BS digital broadcasting, may be
purchased from Tokyo Lease Corporation.

For customers within the 23 wards of Tokyo, we offer digital tuners for a one-time
charge of 21,000 Yen, including delivery, set-up, and wiring services.
(Charge excludes T-DMB/BS antennas and antenna installation service.)

We ask customers in other regions or customers who are not currently leasing TVs
to contact us for a quotation.

If you would like to add a tuner to your existing lease contract, please contact our
sales representative. Please note that your TV may not show high-definition
picture depending on the model of your TV.

＊Digital tuners are not required for viewing cable television.
For all cable-related inquiries, please contact your cable television provider.

＊Digital tuners are also not required if you do not plan on viewing Japanese
television broadcasting.
