Update on our operation after Earthquake
Dear Customers,
We are happy to announce that our operation hour will be back to normal (9:00AM to 18:00PM) March 23rd.(Wed.)
However, some of our staffs are still affected by the reduction of public transportation and rolling blackouts. In such case, other available staffs will try their best to meet your request instead.
Delivery is executed on a down-scaled basis. However, delivery may not be as scheduled depending on the conditions of our staff commute and gasoline availability.
If you have any damaged rental products, please let us know by E-mail or by phone.
We will arrange for necessary procedures accordingly.
Any changes to our operation, including business hours, will be notified on our website. We are sorry for any inconvenience. We will try our best to be back to normal as soon as possible.
